Just a few things you need to know

• Due to the large number of emails, I won't be able to answer all emails. I just don't have enough time help everyone. Normally, I answer within 3 to 5 days.
• If you have a question regarding articles or tutorials, it is better to ask for help in the comments (if commentng isn't closed). That will make questions and answers transparent to all readers and you will get your answer much faster.
