I'm a self-employed webdesigner usually, to support my studies. But I decided to take a years break from the books to get my hands dirty and get away from school a bit. Then I got the offer to take over the restaurant I've been working at. Figured it'd be a fun challenge and I could give it a year at least. Terrible season to take over a restaurant though, and the budget will be terribly tight the first 5 months. These would be distributed to the local area and to the local businesses as part of a personal (read: cheap) advertisement campaign.

I'll be an adjunct professor soon (for a web design course) and my university would not make cards for me. I would use the cards to promote myself (try to get to teach some more courses)

I'd use the cards to promote me of course! I'd find some way of making myself sexier and more attractive to... everyone, with these wonderful cards.

BTW Jamko, your theme when using a mobile device is the same as the main theme. As a result it doesn't render properly on smaller devices. Can I suggest that you use the Mobile theme that comes with BE.N?

One other thing - when posting a comment on a mobile device the comment doesn't actually post... it simply stays there after you click the "Save comment" button.

We just moved offices and need to update all of our cards. So I would definitely use them.

I kind of feel that, based on everything else I have read, a more serious response would be better!

I have just released a brand new site and financially it is still finding it's feet. The site relies on people registering and submitting blog articles...therefore business cards would go a seriously long way to helping people I meet remember the site and visit it in the future.... and it's something I definitely couldn't afford to do right now

Otherwise it's me scribbling down the address on a piece of paper!

I do website design and developement in my free time with hopes that one day, I can drum up enough work that i won't need a day job. I'll use these business cards to further my dream of working whenever I want, whereever I want, for whoever I want. And I'll probably give a few cards to my daughter too because she's three and she finds little cards entertaining.

Plus I moved to a new state and I've got about 300 business cards now with the wrong address on them
